I have been very pleased with the care and support our teenage son has received from Ms. Kawana. She is very relatable and has a natural ability to connect with our son, which is essential given his reluctance to open up about deeper issues. Ms. Kawana consistently demonstrates excellent listening skills and tremendous communication, both with my son and myself. She is attentive to his needs, as well as our family's, and works hard to create an environment of trust and understanding.
